At Reload People Ltd, we do not offer refunds for purchased subscriptions. Each of our applications includes either a free plan with limitations, a free registration with full access for a limited number of days, or publicly available demos. The specific details of trial periods, demos, or free plans are clearly visible on each service’s dedicated page, allowing users to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Customer Dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle. Reload People Ltd also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if illegal activities or prohibited content are detected.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you’re not satisfied within this period, you may request a refund, and we will review your case.
